Bold Lips Revolution Cosmetics was created by Monet Cullins while living in a domestic violence shelter after leaving an abusive relationship. 2 Days  She wanted to find a way to encourage & empower the survivors who were coming to the shelter behind her.

The Mission of BLR Cosmetics is to emphasize the value of standing strong, bold, and beautiful together while disputing the emotional prison domestic violence creates of suffering in silence. We empower women to take their power back.
